At our prices, we need to let your management spend their own time deciding on having a website, then we give our quotation.

Can we visit your office and talk about a web site.

You can telephone us or use Skype to talk about your website, but we need your information electronically - email or disk. An office appointment can be made on request.

How should we decide what we want?

Search for competitors on the web; see how they present and rank; resolve to do better than them.

Can I change things on the website myself?

Yes, the access belongs to you and we'll give you guidance.
You can even do it on line with our CMS.

Will the site be submitted to search engines?

We optimise all our websites and submit to search engines with great success. Actually, a link from our website is all that is needed.

Do I need to buy a computer for my website?

Your website will be hosted on an Internet Service Provider's computers which are on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can view your website from anyone's computer anywhere in the world, even from your public library or internet cafe. You don't need to own a computer.

Do I need to buy software for my website?

No, unless you want to update your website yourself. Then there is free or shareware software available for download.

Will I get an email address with my website?

If you register a domain name and have it hosted, you can have your own email addresses - several if you like.

If I make changes myself to my website, and accidently delete everything, and forget to keep a backup, will you restore it for free?

We always fix our own mistakes for free. We charge for any time fixing your mistakes. (But how could you do that?)

Can I have music playing?

Yes, if you supply the music file.

Can I have video playing?

Yes, if you supply the video file.
